Keith Schaefbauer

When Keith and Fred began Legacy Wealth Group, they knew they could offer a different experience, one that couples their extensive experience in financial planning with getting to personally know clients and their goals. Keith helps to simplify the chaotic noise clients hear about financial services by offering advice that is independent and knowledgeable.

Keith has been helping clients with financial services since 1994. He’s a graduate of Northern State University with a BS in accounting and business management. He attained professional certification as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner in 2001 from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, CO.

Keith and his wife, Ann, have five children: Kiah, Connor, Chandler, and twins Maryn and Broc.

Fred Ymker

Fred and his partner, Keith, started Legacy Wealth Group because they share a vision that wealth goes beyond financial assets. Their approach involves meaningful conversations with clients to help find where their values and wealth intersect.

Fred has been helping clients pass wealth from one generation to the next since 1994. He’s a graduate of Northwestern College with a BA in business administration with a focus in finance and management. He attained professional certification as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner in 2000 from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, CO.

In 1997, he married his wife, Michelle, and they have three children: Logan, Raena, and Tessa.

Lisa Boe

Director of Client Relations

Lisa has been serving as the director of client relations for Legacy Wealth Group since its inception. Prior to joining the firm, she served as lead administrative assistant for Fred and Keith for nine years at a previous broker/dealer.

In her role, Lisa is the first point of contact for all client communications. Lisa’s duties also include the administration and management of the operational side of the practice, coordinating internal compliance reviews, preparing detailed data for client review meetings, and organizing and managing client appreciation events.

Lisa and her husband, Trent, have four children: Alec, Magenta, Shandon, and Rylan.
